Responsibilities & Duties岗位职责

1.Responsible for assisting in the development, establishment, and maintenance of the plant quality system.
负责配合工厂质量体系的编制和建立和维护
2.Strictly conduct incoming material inspection, in-process inspection, and finished product inspection in accordance with inspection standards (SOP/SPEC) and issue relevant reports.
严格按照检验标准（SOP/SPEC）、开展来料检验、过程检验、成品检验工作并出具相关报告
3.Sample, test, and record inspection subjects (raw materials, materials, finished products); clearly determine pass/fail status; identify and isolate non-conforming products; and promptly report to superiors.
对检验对象（原料、物料、成品）进行抽样、测试、记录，明确判定合格/不合格，对不合格品进行标识、隔离，并及时上报
4.Fill out inspection records, test reports, and quality ledgers truthfully and completely to ensure data traceability and retrievability.
真实、完整填写检验记录、测试报告、质量台账，确保数据可追溯、可查询
5.When quality abnormalities in incoming materials, processes, or finished products are discovered, provide immediate feedback to superiors and relevant departments (such as procurement, production) and track abnormal handling progress.
发现来料、过程或成品质量异常时，***时间反馈至上级及相关部门（如采购、生产），跟踪异常处理进度
6.Cooperate with QA in conducting root cause analysis of factory process/procedure quality deviations, non-conforming product reviews, and customer complaints; participate in the designation and verification of corrective and preventive actions.
配合QA开展工厂工艺工序/质量偏差、不合格品评审、客户投诉的根因分析，参与纠正预防措施的指定以及验证执行
7.Regularly compile inspection data (such as pass rates, defect distribution); assist in organizing quality analysis reports to provide basic data for quality improvement.
定期统计检验数据（如合格率、不良项分布），协助整理质量分析报表，为质量改进提供基础数据
8.Responsible for archiving and management of inspection records and reports; comply with document control requirements to prevent data loss or tampering.
负责检验记录、报告的归档与管理，遵守文件控制要求，防止数据丢失或篡改
9.Strictly comply with company quality system documents, industry regulations, and safety operating procedures to ensure compliance of inspection work.
严格遵守公司质量体系文件、行业法规及安全操作规程，确保检验工作合规
10.Track updates to inspection standards and technical specifications; promptly learn and implement new inspection requirements.
跟踪检验标准、技术规范的更新，及时学习并执行新的检验要求
11.Manage on-site quality inspector to ensure product processing complies with processing procedures and specification requirements.
管理好现场质检，确保产品加工符合加工工艺和规格书要求


Work Experience & Skills工作经验及技能

1.Possess laboratory technician certificate or relevant operating qualifications.
有化验员证书或者相关操作资质
2.Over 3 years of QC-related experience; experience in aquatic product processing preferred.
3年以上QC相关经验，水产加工相关经验优先
3.Familiar with incoming material, in-process, and finished product inspection procedures.熟悉来料、过程、成品检验流程
4.Able to proficiently operate industry-specific inspection equipment and tools; understand basic equipment calibration requirements.
能熟练操作对应行业检验设备与工具，了解设备校准基本要求
